Breathwork can bring up deep emotions, which is why I guide you carefully through each session. I create a safe space where you can fully surrender to the process, respecting your own pace and boundaries.

There are some contra indications to doing this type of breathwork; heartconditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, pregnancy, epilepsy and psychoses. If you have any health concerns or are unsure whether breathwork is right for you, feel free to contact me for advice.

What to Expect During a Session

Each breathwork session begins with a short intake to discuss your intentions and needs. I then guide you through somemovement andmeditation. We will talk through the breathing technique. And than do the actual breathing. This will be accompanied by music. During the session, you may experience various sensations such as warmth, tingling, or emotional release. We end with a long relaxtion a gentle closing and a brief reflection to help you integrate and transition back to a relaxed state.
